The short version. Neon Circuit Racer has no accounts, no servers and no analytics. Everything you do stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit or sell any personal data, and we do not track you across apps or websites. The App Store data-collection declaration for this app is Data Not Collected in every category.
This policy covers the iOS app Neon Circuit Racer (bundle identifier neonn.circuitt.racer) and nothing else. It describes what the app does on your device, because that is the only place the app operates.
The game writes a single progress file inside its own sandboxed Application Support folder, plus a small set of preferences in the app's own UserDefaults. That is the complete list of what it keeps:

None of this is transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also erase it at any time from Pit Wall → Your data → Reset progress.
The camera is used for exactly one feature: the Photo Livery Lab. When you tap “Use camera”, iOS asks for permission and presents the standard system camera. The resulting photo is analysed entirely on your device — the app clusters the image into its five strongest colours to build a paint scheme — and a compressed thumbnail is stored locally alongside the livery so you can recognise it later.
The image is never uploaded, never leaves the device, and is never shared with anyone. If you decline camera access, every other part of the game continues to work, and you can still create liveries from your photo library.
Choosing a photo uses Apple's system photo picker. The app receives only the single image you select; it never gains access to the rest of your library and cannot browse it. If you export a livery card, iOS requests add-only permission so the app can write that one image to your library — it cannot read anything back.
Local notifications are optional and are requested in context, not on first launch. If you enable them, the app schedules reminders on your device: the daily ghost drop at an hour you choose, and a reminder when your streak is at risk. No push server is involved, no device token is created, and nothing about your notification settings is transmitted.
The app ships an Apple privacy manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) that declares NSPrivacyTracking as false, an empty tracking-domain list and an empty collected-data-type list. The required-reason APIs it declares are UserDefaults (reason CA92.1, to store the player's own settings) and file timestamp access (reason C617.1, to manage the app's own save file). These match the App Store data-collection answers exactly.
Neon Circuit Racer is suitable for a general audience and knowingly collects no data from anyone, of any age. Because nothing is collected, there is no children's data for us to hold, disclose or delete.
Data-protection laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase. The controls that matter are all in your hands:
The app bundles five music loops by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, and the Chakra Petch and Rajdhani typefaces under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1. These are static files inside the app. They contain no code, make no network requests and collect nothing. Attribution is shown in-app under Pit Wall → Credits & licences.
If this policy changes, the updated version ships inside the app with a new date at the top, and this page is updated to match. Because the app collects nothing, any change would be a clarification rather than an expansion of data use.
